What we collect when you ask for a quote
When you send us a quote request, we ask for your name, a phone number, an email address, and the details of the trip you have in mind. Trip details mean the cities you are flying between, your travel dates, how many people are flying, roughly how much luggage there is, and any preferences you mention such as a particular aircraft class or a stop along the way. On a Hawaii request that usually means something like a departure point in California or the Northwest, an arrival airport such as Daniel K. Inouye International in Honolulu or Kahului on Maui, and the date range you are considering.
We also collect basic technical information automatically when you visit the site, such as the pages you viewed and the device and browser you used. That data is used to keep the site working and to understand which pages people find useful. If you call us instead of filling out a form, we collect the same trip details over the phone.
Why we need your contact information
We use your name, phone, and email to prepare a quote and to send it to you. That may involve a phone call or text to clarify a detail, for example whether your group can travel with the baggage allowance a light jet typically carries on a long overwater leg, or whether a midsize or super-midsize cabin better fits the number of passengers. We use your trip details to match your request against aircraft that can actually make the flight and to give you a realistic price range rather than a number pulled out of the air.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to send you marketing for anything other than private jet charter quotes unless you ask us to.
Who we share your trip with
We are a charter broker, which means we arrange flights rather than operate them. To get you a price, we share the trip details, and the contact information needed to follow up, with the operators who are quoting your specific trip. Those operators run the aircraft and hold operational control of the flight. They receive what they need to price and, if you book, to operate the trip, not your whole file.
We may also share information with service providers who help us run the business, such as the companies that host the site or handle email, and we will disclose information if the law requires it. We do not pass your details to unrelated advertisers.
Calls may be recorded
Phone calls to and from our brokerage line may be recorded for quality and training purposes and to keep an accurate record of what was quoted. If a call is recorded, you will be told at the start. You can ask us to stop recording at any point and we will continue the conversation without it. Written quotes and email exchanges are kept as part of your trip file in the same way.
How long we keep your information
Quote requests that do not turn into a booking are kept for a limited period so we can pick up the conversation if you come back to the same trip, and then deleted. Records connected to a booked flight are kept longer, because charter operators and tax rules require a paper trail. When we no longer need a record, we delete it or remove the details that identify you.
You can ask us to delete your quote request at any time. We will do so unless we are required to keep a specific record by law.
Questions about your data
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send a note through the contact form on this site or call the number listed there and say what you need. We will confirm what we hold and act on a reasonable request promptly.
If you have already asked several operators for Hawaii quotes, keep in mind each company holds its own copy of what you sent them, so a deletion request has to go to each one. We can tell you which operators received your trip details for a given quote.
